Why use civil & commercial mediation?

Civil and commercial mediation is a quicker, more efficient and cost-effective way of solving most forms of commercial dispute.

Mediation can deliver quicker results than going to court and will always consider the interests of each party in equal measure.

I always find that a key element to resolving civil or commercial mediation is the personal and emotional aspects of each case. These personal interests are not taken into account in law-based judgements, and they hold the solutions to finding an amicable agreement. This makes mediation the solution that listens and finds agreements.

Always remember when mediating, you remain in control of your own civil or commercial dispute as the role of the appointed mediator is to help all parties reach an agreement.

Issues I have covered

Commercial and civil mediation puts the client in the driving seat and helps you to resolve a wide range of disputes, including: -

  • Consumer and contractual disputes
  • Commercial and business disputes

The above list is by no means exhaustive but covers some of the most common types of civil and commercial mediation disputes. If you are seeking mediation for an issue outside these areas.
